Weigh in week 3
Well today we had our third weigh in and unfortunatley I gained a pound (I am now at 229lbs). This does not surprise me because of the food I have eaten over the weekend. I also could be building a little muscle which is possible but I doubt. I am not discouraged at all, I understand that there will be times like this and the best thing to do is just keep plugging along. Overall I do feel better and I am even sleeping better at night. I do not seem to be getting up as much. Well enough for now good luck everyone!
